As a psychoanalyst (doctor of psychology), licensed marriage and family therapist who has more than 25+ years’ experience, I strive to help my clients face their struggles, develop a strong sense of self and create healthy relationships in their families and marriages. I work with my patients to develop techniques to learn how to heal and become happy individuals because their pain is no longer running their lives. I work primarily with cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques but due to the complex human mind, I use eclectic practices based on each individual or couple I consul. I can teach you to overcome depression and anxiety, struggles in marriage, family conflicts, grief and loss, divorce, eating disorders, PTSD, being a victim of abuse, childhood trauma and any other struggles you may have. I also utilize a homeopathic approach to treatment, which includes educational tools such as essential oils, nutritional health, infrared saunas (improves sleep, decreases anxiety), and herbal remedies for pain management.

I began my journey many years ago developing and setting up programs and counseling centers for abused children and victims of domestic violence. I went on to gain vast experience in both the private, public, and correctional systems. I have extensive experience in helping both adults and children with mental health issues. I am certified in Forensic Interviewing, PCIT (Parent Child Interactive Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, treatment designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories). I offer individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy. Currently I work with private insurance (Kaiser and most PPO’s), victims of crime, and cash clientele
